You create content, generate leads, and either handle the deal or pass it to an Account Executive.
Typical earnings: $4,500 per referral

2. Licensed Account Executive

You handle client interactions, showings, and negotiations from start to finish.
Typical earnings: $10,000 to $20,000 per transaction

3. Transaction Manager

You manage logistics, paperwork, marketing, and communication for deals from open to close.
Typical earnings: $1,800 per transaction
